It is the bracket for quickly and safely installing photovoltaic modules of any kind on any product in the Coppo-IsoCoppo range.

Assembly instructions
First phase
Spread a layer of Alusik silicone under the IsoCoppo FV bracket.
Second phase
Install, joining it to the IsoCoppo sheet, making sure it is in the right position.
Third phase
Position the Alubel First profile (it must be of an adequate length).
Fourth phase
Secure everything with suitable fixings, anchoring to the underlying framework.

The IsoCoppo Piano can be fabricated using different internal finishings. Special wood finishings: the new painted finishing distinguishes itself from the majority of the competition, which instead uses a plastic film, guaranteeing more uniformity and resistance to UV.

Materials
Copper
It is the best quality material for roofing; its value is absolute, its use is linked to tradition and beauty to the same degree. Copper oxidises over time and is pleasing to the eye; this oxidation protects it and guarantees a long life.
Precautions: For it to be agreeable to install it should be protected against the weather and humidity when storing at the worksite. Do not let it come into contact with incompatible metals.
Prepainted aluminium
Besides its well known physical and chemical properties, aluminium has its own absolute duration, it is ecological, recyclable, ductile; it is easy to machine, cut, drill and bend with every day tools without any risk of rust forming. Its surface colour enhances its appearance to make it quite similar to the usual terracotta brick products.
Precautions: protect the material up until installation. Do not let it come into contact with incompatible metals.
Prepainted steel
This material has excellent resistance to impacts and concentrated loads; it withstands greater loads compared to other materials with the same profile and thickness. The prepainted layer protects it, making it quite similar to other materials to look at, like aluminium.
Precautions: more attention must be paid when installing steel. More specifically: it is advisable to use a nibbler cutting tool. Once cut or drilled remove the metal shavings from the roof. With time these shavings could create stains on the roof or even lead to rust.

Coppo-IsoCoppo accessories range
The whole Coppo-IsoCoppo range has a complete set of accessories designed to guarantee a simple and quick installation.
Flat vertex ridge
Element for joining the pitches, both apex and diagonal. It is laid by overlapping the sheets on both two-pitch roofs and hip-roofs.
Notched, hinged ridge
It can be used on the apex of the two pitches, its notched shape ‘closes’ the corrugations and as it consists of two pieces, laying is more even still because it can be adapted to the different pitch slopes.
Vertex ridge, notched and ventilated
Element for joining the pitches, both apex and diagonal. It is laid by overlapping the sheets, both on two-pitch roofs and hip-roofs.
Universal diagonal ridge capping
Element for joining the pitches, both apex and diagonal. It consists of a central part and two microcorrugated lateral water guards in a special material that can be manually adapted to any corrugation shape, whatever the slant or angle.
Wall connection
Connecting component between a vertical wall and the roof pitch. It has its own water guard for coupling with the sheet which has the same shape to match the Coppo profile
Ventilated wall connection
Connecting component between a vertical wall and the roof pitch. Besides having ventilation outlets, it also has its own water guard for coupling with the sheet which has the same shape to match the Coppo profile.
Snow stop
This element protects against the falling of snow that has collected on the roof. Available in copper, aluminium and prepainted steel
Polycarbonate sheet
Thermoformed component in transparent compact polycarbonate. Dimensions 1340 mm x 1039 mm.
Skylight base in fibreglass
Fibreglass monoblock with external edge joining the Coppo sheet.
Polycarbonate dome for the skylight
Passage element for inspection on the roof or to illuminate the room below. Monoblock, opened by hand or electrically. Upon request it can be supplied with a double frame acting as a smoke vent.
Chimney converse base in aluminium
Pressed metal component in aluminium with external edges joining the Isocoppo profile
Converse base in stainless steel
Pressed metal component in stainless steel with external edges joining the Coppo/IsoCoppo profile.
Under corrugation seal
Polyethylene element with a cross section shape of the tile profile that goes under the sheet.
Comb bird screen for ventilated roofs
Comb shaped element in PVC. It can be supplied in aluminium and copper. Specific for ventilated roofs.
“Semmler” expansion joint
This element compensates for the expansion of materials, necessary for gutters or converses more than 10 m in length. Available in aluminium and stainless steel.
Drill fixings
"Alublok" system for fixing sheets or panels on wooden structures. Available in steel or prepainted stainless steel with a tile red colour.
Self-tapping fixings
"Alublok" system for fixing sheets or panels on metal structures. Available in steel or prepainted stainless steel with a tile red colour.
Batuband sealing tape
Sealing tape for joining nodes.
"Alusik" silicone
"Alusik” silicone cartridge: various colours.
Coppo red spray can
Spray colour can for touching up.
“Alupermo” breathing sheath
A particular synthetic, breathable and waterproof film. In short, it lets any steam through from inside while it is impermeable to external agents like humidity, rain, etc. It is particularly suitable for application on ventilated roofs to protect the insulating layer where impregnation would cause the insulating power to deteriorate. Roll height cm. 150 (70 m rolls).
